Curiositeas at Rosie's

Discover our new Charity Shop in the heart of Church Village.  We offer nearly new donated women's, men's and children's clothing, books, DVDs, CDs, Bric-a-brac and lots more!

We also have a tea room selling tea, coffee, freshly made sandwiches, paninis, home made cakes and other specialities to eat in or take out.

If you would like to make a difference this year, perhaps you could volunteer some hours in our shop?

Or perhaps you have some items to donate to us?

Rosie's in the news:

Wales Online 26/01/2016  A new charity shop has been named after Rosie Daniels, the little girl who helped inspire it

Wales Online 28/01/2016  Baby Jesse dropped in to a charity tea room - and brought his Wales star dad Rhys Webb with him

Rosie’s Tea Room gives great opportunity for children and young people with learning difficulties to gain experience within a work environment. We also have volunteers from the Duke of Edinburgh award, local schools, the elderley and other groups of people who need help and support.

Our Coffee Machine is fast on its way out, and to replace it would cost thousands. As a registered Charity, we just simply can't afford to replace it. Without coffee the future of the tea room is bleak.

The Tea Room and Coffee Shop was set up to provide a much needed income stream to our charity Follow Your Dreams. Fundraising is getting tough, grant funding non existent. But most importantly the shop has provided volunteering and training opportunities for young people with learning disabilities to gain valuable work experience.

We would be extremely grateful for any kind donations to reach our target because we are unable to use any other funds to fund it.
